What Is Energy, Embodiment & Quantum Coaching?

These sessions combine energy work, embodiment practices, meditation, and quantum coaching. You will learn Chakra 1-12 breathing practices with anchor points and awareness practices that you will take home and use in your daily life to support your nervous system, energy, and connection to your true self.
