Suzanne is also trained in Spiritual B.E.S.T. under Dr. Sue Morter, allowing deeper integration of energetic and consciousness-based work.


What is Primordial Sound Meditation?

Primordial Sound Meditation is a personalized mantra-based meditation practice rooted in ancient Vedic traditions. Suzanne is a Certified Guide and teaches clients how to cultivate a sustainable daily practice for lasting coherence and clarity.


Is this religious?

No. The work is spiritual in the sense that it supports alignment, consciousness, and wholeness — but it is not affiliated with any religion.

How do I prepare for my session?

Simply arrive hydrated, well-rested, and open. Avoid alcohol before your session. Wear comfortable clothing and rubber soled close toed shoes.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

At this time I find BEST therapy to be most effective in person so I do NOT offer virtual sessions for this service at this time. You can book your Primordial Sound Meditation Training sessions remotely via Video Chat.
